Webhook subscription and notification contract for CGIC service events. Policyholders subscribe to receive push notifications when events occur on their policies, removing the need to poll the source REST APIs.

Subscription model. A subscription is created against a single policy on the authenticated user's profile. The subscription carries a callback URL, the event types of interest, and an optional subscriber certificate used for SSL/TLS pinning when the service delivers notifications.
